    2. There are several small family cemeterys in the area that the Sasser's use to live. About 8--10 miles southwest of London KY on state route 80 there is an area with Sasser Road to the west and Blackwater road to the east and south. This is were these cemetary's are located. The cemetery where John Henry and Dixion Sasser are buried is off of blackwater road, you have to walk to it unless you have 4 wheel drive. This cemetery is badly overgrown with weeds and brush and I could only find 3 graves, John Henry, Dixion Sasser, and one other ( I can't remember the name right now). John Henry's grave had a fairly new stone on it. I am sure there are others here, but it was hard to find them with all the weeds. I found Bardin Sasser and his wife's grave off of Sasser Road in Gilbert Cemetery. This is a well kept up cemetery, but it was hard to find. I had to ask for alot of directions before I found it. The Children of Abraham and Margaret Sasser who died before the family went to Oregon are burried near Bardin Sasser also. There are new headstones on these graves also . Does anyone know who had the new headstones put here? There are other cemetery's in the area, Smith Cemetery is one. There are many Sasser's burried in the area. The names on the stones were all names that I knew from the family tree, as families in the area married each other. I took pictures of the graves and will scan them and send them after they are developed. I believe the children were: Bardin Sasser d.June 3,1890 Phebe Sasser d.July 28,1898 George Sasser d. June 8, 1900 Malinda Sasser d. june 1, 1903 I think there was one other infant Sasser here. I will get the name when I get the pictures back. Also send me the land grant information you have, thanks
