My information, coming from the Sapp & Stanley "A History of the Sapp Family" shows his second wife to be Abigail Willis. There is a record of this second marriage on 29 Aug 1821 in Jefferson County, OH. I'd be interested in knowing your source for a marriage to Charity Putnam.
