"Minerva Ann Poore, daug. of John and Martha Jane Rood Poore, born June 15, 1853 at Mooney, Ind. Married John Sapp, son of Benjamin and Sophia Foster Sapp, on May 30, 1870 at Ewing, Jackson Co., Ind. He was born Oct. 13, 1829 in Dearborn County, Ind. Their children: 1. Mary Ann Sapp, born Nov 10, 1872 at Cedar Grove, Franklin Co., Ind. (no other info). 2. Dennis Henry Sapp, born June 27, 1874 at Cedar Grove, Franklin Co., Ind. (no other info). 3. Rosella Sapp, born July 19, 1876 at Cedar Grove, Franklin Co., Ind. (no other info). 4. Minnie Stella Sapp, born July 11, 1884 at Cedar Grove, Franklin Co., Ind. (no other info). John Poore, son of Wendell and Elizabeth Weddle Poore, born Sept 23, 1825 in Jackson Co., Ind., died Mar. 17, 1866 at Medora, Jackson Co., Ind. He was a cooper by trade. Married Martha Jane Rood, dau. of James and Elizabeth Smith Rood, on Oct. 29, 1843. She was born Feb 6, 1826 in Elizabethtown, Hardin Co., Ky. Their children: 1. Thirza Poore 2. Eliza Poore 3.
