HI Betty, my census index for 1870, GA, shows Dilson F. Sapp, 70, M W born:GA; Lumpkin PO;roll 174;page 39. This is the only white Sapp listed for Stewart Co. It also shows a James Taylor, 17, M W born:GA;Lumpkin; roll:174;page 3. There are seven Taylors listed also. If you want this info, I can send it to you directly.
