I don't have any proof, if I did, I would not be asking the list to disprove it. All I have is a family group sheet that says what I posted on the family. Realizing it is impossible to prove a negative, I would have hoped someone would say that ".....because so-and-so" was born here, that cannot be true , that or something similiar. I am not stating the info I have is proof, but I had never seen this info written down before, even though I may have speculated on it. It would solve one of the greatest unanswered questions on the Sapp family if it is true, but if it is true, I can't prove it. I still have family in Tattnall, Evans, Candler Co's, GA, and we are all direct descendants of these people, but that still doesn't prove who their ancestors were. Mitchell has said for years he thought we were related. To bad for him. Anymore thoughts?
