    3. Hi Marge, thanks for the info on the immigration of the Sapp family. I have always just assumed our branch of the family (GA) just came from NC. But they had to come from somewhere before that. I don't have a clue as to the origins of the SAPP name, have heard several, but nothing definite. My Henry SAPP, b ca 1785 in Burke Co., GA, would have to be related to one of them. ( There must be a hundred Henry's before 1800) Does anyone have any links to any that Marge mentions, or does anyone have other information on where in Europe they came from. Were there other Sapp family arrivals from Europe? The LDS folks seem to think the name has Celtic origins.-Bill
