I keep forgetting to post this, but you can browse the records at this address: http://www.glorecords.blm.gov/ for Sapps in FL, AL, MS and LA. NONE in GA as yet. I have captured several records from the listings if someone doesn't browse, but can accept attachments. There are many other states that are on the webpage also.-Bill
