    3. Fellow Sapp researchers, The Sapp Family History site has been replaced with the NEW Sapp Family Archive site. To move on to the second phase of our site, (the archive page), has been a dream of mine for some time now. I have invested a total of more than 350 hours on layout and design of this Archive. My hopes are that this site will be supported and we can assemble a large amount of information on the Sapp surname in one location. In order to make the Sapp Family Archive more self maintaining I have designed, ( for a trial period ), a self posting form system so that we may all directly enter the verified marriage records we have in our files. By using this method of submitting information, the record will be directly accessible to others the minute you submit it on the Marriage records Page. This saves the delay time it takes me to get the e-mail from you and transcribe it to the page. I am very hopeful that you will support this marriage archive. If enough support is shown I will design input posting forms for other records such as birth, death, probate, land, ect. This will then build us a very nice RECORDS ROOMS set of pages which will be here for all to use and enjoy. As well as archiving the info for the future. I have entered the first marriage record as an example, so before you post one, I recommend that you look it over and it will help you to understand how the information will be presented. Use the comment box to enter additional information relating to the marriage that is not found on the original record. NOTE, If you preview the Marriage records listing and then submit a record you may need to reload the Marriage records list upon returning to it to see your posting added. Not all browsers update their pages. Until I determine if there will be adequate support for the Records Room section of this site, any records other than Marriage Records will still need to be submitted by e-mail by going to the Submit to Archive section. I will then add them to the page... Also the new Census and Tax List page is now active. What I would like to see from this page is for all the individuals on the list to be identified. Once an individual is identified I will provide a link from their name to the State page in the Work Book 1 site. This way all you will need to do is to click on a name on the Census Tax List page and you will be cyber blasted to that individuals family history. Now for the Work Book 1, State pages. I have gathered information that individuals have submitted and posted to the Sapp Family History page and started setting up a State page for some of them. The Delaware page with links and maps is the format I will be using for the pages. As time goes on and information starts coming in I will be adding more pages until we have one for each State. This way we can trace the movements of our early family members as they migrated from place to place. I also want to add some history on each state as well. This will help to answer the questions of why they moved on. This is going to take a very, very, lot of my time to complete. What I would like to see is some researchers getting together and adopting one or more states. They can gather and compile the information into family groups and histories. I will have E-Mail links on the pages to those in charge of that state so researchers can send them information and work with then to get the lines of those states worked out. You will then put the information together on a word processor and send me the file. I will then transfer this file to a HTML format and it will then appear on the page of your state. I once had some very nice individuals e-mail me and ask why there is no info on the MO Sapps on the Sapp Family History site. The truth is that I do have a little info on some MO Sapps, but not the time to compile the information and get it on a page. I NEED YOUR HELP PLEASE. What state in your line are you most informed on. Then pick this state. You may be surprised as to how many e-mails of information you will receive from others working on the same line. For example take that fine state of GA that only has one or two Sapps connected with it, HA HA.... Who wants this one...... This would be a good one for two, three or more co-parents.. E-Mail me now with the state you want. As of today they are all up for grabs..... It will take all of my time just updating the pages with the changes you send me... How does this sound to you. E-Mail me and let me know what you think about my ideas. I would hate to think I am all alone on this and have to give up on my dream of an Archive for the Sapps on the Net.......A lot of people doing a little each, can produce more than one individual doing all they can alone.... I can not do all of this by myself....Bob Robert F. Sapp .....
