Hi George, Just getting back in the swing of things since mother passed on, so thought I'd fill you in on some new news (at least for me it was new). About a week or so ago I received a copy of the 1850 Boone County census pages for Noah and Matthew. I was certainly curious about Matthew since he had disappeared from the 1840 Boone Co census. I thought perhaps he was re-appearing in the 1850 census as an 80 or 90 year old man. To my surprise, when the census pages arrived, I found we have another Matthew on our hands!! This Matthew is 34 in 1850, making his bithdate 1816. He was born in Kentucky! He is living next door to Daniel 29 yrs. and Daniel next door to Peter 48 yrs. Noah 59 yrs. is also listed in this census but on a different page. Matthew's family listed are: Mariah 27 yrs b. KY John H 9 yrs b. KY Melissa 7 yrs b. MO Elizabeth 5 yrs b.MO Noah A 3 yrs b. MO Mary 1 yr b. MO What do you make of this new Matthew!!? Is there anyone out there that knows of this family? Melody
