Is anyone working on the Baltimore Sanford Line? Looking for information on Capt. John Lowery Sanford born 17 Nov 1810 or 8 Nov 1807, son of George Sanford and Elizabeth Lowery. Capt John Sanford (as family legend has it) was commodore of the first fleet of merchant ships into Japan after Perry. He was living on Utah St. in Baltimore in 1890. Thanks, Hilary Westin
