Ann, I am a descendant of Ann Sanford and Jacob Ramey. I am new to collection inforamtion oon the Ssnfords too(I descend from two of Robert's children). Robert was born about 1640 in England married Anna Smith. They had 6 children 1 Dau., Ann and 5 sons William Thomas , Richard, Robert and John. Anna out- lived her husband but that is aboot what I have on them. if you get any further info please keep me in mind. What is your connection to Jacob & Ann? Some of your info may be incorrect. Jacob (II), who married Ann Sanford, died in 1727 in Westmoreland County. Ann had re-married Richard Omohundro by 1735 when she and her brother Robert were named in suit brought by the heirs of their brother John. She died in Loudoun in 1763 naming only her son William Ramey in her will( will dated 1752 but probated 1763). There were 6 other children. The Jacob Ramey (III) who died in 1787 in Loudoun County was Ann and Jacob's(II) son and he married a woman by the first name of Sarah( may be a widow Fryer or nee Mauldin). I have quite a bit of information on him since I descend from their son Jacob (IV). Hope that this helps. Susan
