Higginson lists the book for $185. By the time you add on $10 for hard cover and shipping it's about $200. NEHGS also sells a reprint edition. I have a copy, but I missed the original question. I'd be glad to do a lookup, but in general the farther away a Sanford moved from Connecticut the less likely he is to be mentioned in the book. Relative to the other book, I'm just aware of it, have never seen it. I'm from Joplin and a sister sent me an article on the author and the book when it was first published.
