He married on 22 Feb 1835 in Plymouth, CT Mary Elizabeth TODD. Mary Eliz. TODD b. @1816 and died 23 Oct 1897 in East Haven, CT. At least they are both buried in East Haven, CT. These people are my 3-great grandparents. I recently sent for the death certificates of both of the above. It is possible that William's parents are John SANFORD and Polly HOUGH. If so, I have birth information on Polly....born in Plymouth, CT late 1700's..Would have to look that up. I hope the death certificates will provide parents' information. If your database happens to have this information in it, and there is a Thomas SANFORD connection, then I would be glad to give you information on descendants! At least what I have.
