She married Lucius Lyon KING March 20, 1853 in Carthage, Hancock County, Illinois and lived in La Harpe, Illinois. They had two daughters Gracie and Florence. According to her obituary she had sisters by the names of Fannie Harrington of La Harpe, Illinois and Annie Reed of St. Louis, Missouri.
