He had brothers? Harry, Charlie, and George. I know there was a half sister named Florence Elizabeth, born March 15, 1909. Arthur and his brothers were placed in foster care but I'm not sure if all of them were in the same state. I do know that Arthur was in the Iowa Children's Home Society before 1909. I am trying to find out what happened to Arthur after he left my greatgrand parents home where he was a foster child till he was 17. Thanks!
