I am the g-g-g-grand-daughter of Walker J. Sanford through his son William Dawson Sanford. I intend to do more research on this family and would very much like to compare notes with you. If you read this please reply so that we may visit some. I hope to write a novel based on the lives of some of these Sanfords in WV who were kin to my Grandmother, Lilly Clark. I do know that Wm Dawson Sanford and 5 of his brothers were Methodist Episcopal Circuit Riders. The more stories and tales I can gather from this family the more interesting the novel will be.
