I used information from the 1911 genealogy by Carlton E. Sanford, and added to that information from the census and other public data sources. I also removed dates that appeared to have no basis, although some probably remain. I'd appreciate any additions or corrections to this data. The sources are the genealogy by CES unless otherwise sated in the notes.
