Here it is: Hello Cousin, Tamara Sanford, and Stephen McNeill, Thank you so much for the information. I did go to the Stephen R. McNeill site (indicated below), and found it very interesting and so very well done. It appears that Stephen and I are cousins, and our nearest 'common ancestors' are Ezekiel and Rebecca (Whelpley) SANFORD. There is at least another connection with both of our family lines, but it is earlier in our family lines. In order to have the complete record of the connection, I would like to have the first names of Stephen's parents and grandmother _______ Van Benschoten. I now have records from at least 7 other 'living cousins' who have e-mail, and also are in that same Van Benschoten family line.
