I am not a Sanford myself. But I notice that your data base includes a Haden (or Hayden) Edwards, son of John Edwards, grandson of Haden Edwards and Penelope Sanford Edwards of Kentucky. Your note for the younger Haden states that he "is said to have moved to TX." In fact, both Haden and his brother Benjamin played a fairly significant role in early Texas history. Haden was the empresario of the Edwards Colony, and both he and his brother were "players" in the Fredonian Rebellion. Any researcher interested in knowing more about these men, particularly Haden, would have no difficulty getting information via the Internet.
