    1. More on PULLIAM
    2. This following is more info I received about PULLIAM. I am sending them to the list so that you may be able to further research Ann PULLIAM. Rita 1. Here's something else that I found. There is a William PULLAM on a New Kent County Rent Roll list for lands held in the Parish of St. Peters and St. Paull (the book's spelling, not mine) for 1704. Acreage was 575 acres. This is from the book, "English Duplicates of Lost Virginia Records," by Louis des Cognets, Jr., published 1958, last reprinted in 1990. That's the only entry for anything close to that name. Richard 2. I'm not, but I read somewhere that the PULLIAM surname is also PUTNAM, of which I have tripped across many times while searching in Culpeper County VA for my CLAYTONS. The Claytons also originate in New Kent County VA. 3. I don't have anything on Ann Pulliam other than this name and that she married Joseph Martin aft 1750 and some sources say that she had 2 children by him: Ann Martin and John "Jack" Martin in 1756. I've heard that is disputed, too. Ann married Livingston Isbell and Jack married Nancy Ann Shipp and had 10 children. Sorry I'm not more help. I don't have her birth or death dates even. I was studying the Martins and recognized her name in your query. Leslie 4.Rita: No, I don't know any of them. Just see the name all over the place on the Perry Co., IN Genweb page. The woman that runs the page is researching that name. Just thought you might be interested :o) Kare
