    3. Judith: Appreciated the info you sent back to me - I think I almost got those dudes straight now!!? Happy to see where you fit into the maze. (Moses Sandage that married Charity?) According to Mrs. Browning's book "Descendants of Nathan and Mary Sandage" I thought she mentioned three children of Moses and Charity (i.e. Thomas (1812); Peter (ca1815) and Mary (Polly) (ca1817). Which one is your line from there? My Jackson name is a "married into" so I am not descended from the Fred and Lenola Jackson. In answer to your question as to where I fit in, here tis Nathan Sandage - Mary Canady/Kennedy:: one of their sons: Thomas Sandige born 1776(bro to your Moses, if I have this thing straight) married Nancy Simmonson born ca1780 son: Moses Sandage born 1805 married #2 wife Sarah Harding born 1813 son: Jacob Sandage born 1848 married Harriett Cronin born 1854 son: Daniel Sandage born 1872 married Edith Johnston born 1877 daughter Bertha Sandage born 1904 married Horace Chrisman born 1902 ME (Carolyn) born 1938 Jacob Sandage and his wife Harriett moved to Harrison County, Mo (along with some other Sandages) and in the meantime my maternal side, the Johnstons (Ireland & England) moved to Harrison County, Mo from Ontario, Canada. Daniel Sandage and wife Edith traveled shortly after marriage to Canada, down to Colorado and back to Missouri, settling in Holden, Missouri in early 1900s. The Chrismans (my dad's side) came from Germany to Pennsylvania to Virginia to Missouri in early 1830s and his family settled in the county next to the one my mother settled in - they met at a pie and box supper and here I am. Just thought I'd throw this little bit in. I have been researching my Canadian roots but with names like Smith and Johnston I sure have your work cut out for you. I peeked into your Book 1 and Book 2 stuff on the internet - did not print it all out yet. If I just didn't have to do laundry, cooking etc. It sure gets in the way of my time on genealogy!!!! The internet page you referred me to has a lot of good things and I will look into each one of them as I have time. I did look at some of your references and miscellaneous things, briefly One reference was to a book called you thought something like: Get Up Whoa. I have the book and it is "Whoa!!Back Up" by Ruby Sandage Herring(1905 birth) She was a descendant of Moses (Mode) Sandage (1867-1950) son of Thomas Sandage (1833-1893) son of Moses Sandage (1805-1874 son of Thomas (1776-1852) son of Nathan Sandage (ca1754). My connection to her is that my Jacob, previous paragraph, was a brother to her 1833 Thomas. You can figure out your own connection, ha. If you want, I can furnish more information on Jacob and Harriett's children, if you don't have it. Your Book 1 did not have everything but I figured since then you probably have obtained the info. Let me know tho, if not. Thanks for sharing. When I find new info I will share also.
