A couple years ago when I was researching in Virginia-land I found the following that mentions Thomas Sanadge (Sandage?): It is from "Cavaliers & Pioneers" Abstracts of Virginia Land Patents & Grants, Patent Book # 9, Page 55: CHICHELEY CORBIN THACKER, 3080 acs., K. & Q. Co., in Pamunkey Neck; 12 Nov. 1701/2, p. 427. Beg. in Darrell's line; to Perry's Sw; near North Wales Path; by runn of the up. Herring Cr; to Mr. Whitehead's line, & c. Trans. of 62 pers: ............THOMAS SANADGE Could this possibly be Thomas as of Thomas & Frances Chappell? What do you think? I do have the names of the other 61 persons, if anyone thinks they need it.
