(sorry Karen -- forgot to send to list first time) Karen, Do you have source of where you found that William Sandidge JR, parent of Stephen, was b 1733 Spotsylvania Co, VA? I show his being born 1720 there and oldest child -- sorry I can't state my source as all my source records went with the fire and this date was on an old sheet I had xerox'd for my sister. I also show that same William's parents as being William Sandidge SR, b ca Jul 10, 1698 New Kent Co, VA, d Mar 11, 1746 Spotsylvania Co, VA, don't have date of marriage to Ann Pulliam, b ca Nov 22 1702, no date of death or place of her birth yet. I also showed Elizabeth Graves as being born Jan 26th 1826 -- but this may have been typo on my part. I don't show Stephen as being a son, but so far only had found the children as being: Dillard (nothing else on him, no dates, nothingi) Wiley (might be Virley) (nothing else do I have on him but a book I saw mentioned that he had numerous descendants still alive) _____ (unknown male who served Rev War there too, said to have gone West)(no other info on him either) (could this have been Stephen you mentioned? is Miss or TN "West"??? John b Nov 25, 1760 and d Jul 27, 1832 in KY -- his wife was Mary Wood and I do have a few things on them and their children These above are not my lines, but I have been trying to track different persons with a sic name of Sandage/ Sandridge, Sandidge, etc. while trying to prove my Nathan's parents (not the Nathan you mentioned or of this line -- my Nathan was born 1754 in either VA or SC and is found 1790 in Union Co, SC) I did had a "wild feed" showing a William and Betty (no last name for her and no date of birth for him) showing 9 children, one of them being a Stephen but had no dates of birth on any of the children, and only a handful of married names -- one was an Ann who married a CARR, one a Mary who married a LANE, Elizabeth married a ROW, William married Susannan (no last name) -- does this sound like the same William and Betty Graves family? if so I will merge them. Any dates of birth, death for their children would also be appreciated. I know I have wondered who this group is and wanted to match them in somewhere.
