    3. Take a bunch of frozen spinach and cook it with canned coconut cream, salt and onions until good and thick. Then put it in the oven and bake until brown around the edges (about 325). Then get some green plantain bananas (or taro if you can find it), peel and boil in salted water until almost, but not completely soft. Makes a Samoan chip & Dip, similar to Palusami.
