I spent this past weekend in Massachusetts looking up many branches in my family tree. I visited Salem,Plymouth,Chelmsford and Lexington,MA. My time was limited so wasn't able to do all that I wanted to do but I plan on making many more trips to Massachusetts as I've got 30 lines to the 1600's there. I definately will be going back to Salem and the other towns I visited. Anyway I thought some group members might like to have the photos I took of the stone memorial benches of Margaret Scott and Rebecca Nurse. I was planning to take photos of all the memorial benches for all those that parished so tragically in the witch trials. Unfortunately my digiital camera ran out of jiuce so couldn't get them all. I'll get the rest next trip. I also have some photos of Salem waterfront,old homes such as the house of 7 Gables and old Salem if anyone is interested. Next trip I will also visit Gallows Hill but didn't have enough time this trip. If anyone would like these photos e mail me privately at neroots@adelphia.net and I'd be glad to send them to you. And while I'm talking about it I wonder if anyone has the genealogy for Margaret Scott. I'm almost certain that she is one of my direct anscestors but I need some additional information to confirm it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
