I went through the archives before I posted, so that I wouldn't be redundant. I've traced my family back to a Joseph Howe, born in Cumberland County, PA, around 1718. Then it comes to an abrupt halt. Can anybody tell me if he is related to Elizabeth Jackson Howe?
