I have a basic list of names at http://www.ogram.org/17thc/witches/index.shtml of the over 200 people people mentioned in 1) Boyer & Nissenbaum's "The Salem Witchcraft Papers" and 2) the 1st edition of David Hall's "Witch-Hunting in Seventeenth-Century New England" (the 2nd edition should be out by October...) as being accused of witchcraft in 17th century New England. I know this includes more than Salem, but year and locale are listed, so it is possible to sort them out. I do not know if this list is definitive, but it's a good start! :D For more information about any of these people, please refer to those two sources. The Boyer & Nissenbaum contains only the people accused in Salem, and is fortunately available in searchable form on-line at http://etext.virginia.edu/salem/witchcraft/texts/ .
