Replace LISTNAME with the name of the list from which you wish to unsubscribe. In this case, send your unsubscribe email to: [email protected] If you subscribed in digest mode, send your message to: [email protected] If after following the above instructions, you still have trouble getting off of a list, then the next best thing is to send an email to the list owner, asking for his or her help. This is the only person who can intervene on your behalf. Again keeping those welcome emails will provide you with this information.
