Hello Jo, I, too, descend from Mary (Towne) Esty. My database has several Isaac Esty's but none with a marriage date in 1765. One has a marriage date on 1755. Granted my database is not complete but I do have over 1465 family members. Do you have more information about Isaac? Who he married, children's names, etc? Hope I have info that can help.
