Does anyone know if Essex Co. Quarterly Court records have been published beyond Vol. IX , which covers the years 1683-1686? Ancestry.com says that court records 1686-1692 have not been filmed; they do not say whether they have been abstracted and published. If not on film, if not published ... where are the Essex Co.
