I am researching in the UK and am interested in the variant of Saintsbury around 1760-1820 in London, but where was John Sainstbury before 1790? He was a merchant in London at Cow Cross street, ostensibly a Coal Merchant/ and or Watch and Clock tool maker. There may be a link with an Ambrose Saintsbury of Speen, Berks, who died before 1796 and whose Admon was granted to his son John Saintsbury. Jenni
