Calhoun, born Jan 1838, Connecticut, died 1905 Portland, Multnomah, Oregon. Harriet is the daughter of Lysander Augustus Sackett (1820-1908) and Harriet Elizabeth Colton (1825-1899), Granddaughter of Deacon Moses Sackett (1795-1871) and Cordelia Lavinia Fox (1797-1865), Great Granddaughter of Benjamin Sackett (1762-1844) and Elizabeth (Betsey) Eldred (1761-1819). It was found in Bloomington, Indiana by a lady who was looking through a bunch of photos for sale. It had their name on it and she has been looking for descendants ever since. She would be pleased to send it to anyone closely related. For now, we have this wonderful scan. My husband is indirectly related and she found my ancestry.com website (which, of course, I am still working on).
