I have two possible bits of information that might tie in with this Charles T. & Phoebe Sackett: I think they are all the same person, except the first Charles died in 1873 and the second Charles is still alive in 1880. 1. Looking at the page 1880 census of Oneida, Delaware Co., Iowa am quite sure that it is Chas. T. rather than Chas. F. Sackett age 60 in 1880 census of Garnavillo, Iowa, page 351C born Conn, parents born Conn with H.E. Sackett, wife, age 55, born Ohio, father born Conn, mother born Vt H.C. Sackett, dau, age 15, born MI Nellie Jane Sackett, Dau, age 10, born IA Benj & Thalia are also in the 1880 census of Garnavillo pge 351D Benj. Sackett, age 80, born CT., parents born CT Thalia Sackett, Wife, age 78, born CT, parents born CT Just guessing that 1)Mary age 19 is wife of Moses 2) Lysander is a brother of Charles and they are sons of Benj and Thalia. Wonder about the death date for Chas. T. for 1873 age 71.. The ages of Chas T. and Phebe in the Tombstones of Delaware Co. would make him 20 years older than Phebe, the census has them closer in age. Perhaps the year is 1893 which would be more consistent with the censuses.
