From the responses that I received I had them reserve 30 rooms and the rate for next year is $55 a night. We have only blocked off rooms for the nights of the September 11-13 but if you want to come earlier or stay later they are willing to give us the same rate for 3 days before or the week after these dates. Warning though if you are THINKING about staying the whole week make your reservations NOW (you can always change your dates later) since they have something going on the weekend after we will be there and they are expecting people to start arriving during the week. Sorry I thought I had caught all the wrong dates. Nancy is correct ALL the dates should read SEPTEMBER the reunion will be on the 12th with the dates we have guaranteed September 11-13 at the hotel.
