I think that I had asked if anyone had it and did not get a reply. I then promptly got sick, and think I lost a few memory brain cells, so I have not done that yet. I will track down the email tonight or this weekend. If I had not gotten sick I probalby would have put 2 and 2 together and realized no one replied becuase no one had a copy.
