    3. Jill: The information given in this account is rather confusing. According to the information I have Wyoming Co., NY was formed in 1846 from Genesee County. And there is a Wyoming Co., PA which was formed in 1842 from Luzerne County, PA. Therefore it would not be possible for a person to have come from Wyoming Co. to Genesee Co., in 1810. So it would appear that the account was written after 1842 or 1846. My guess is that Wallar and Howe came to Genesee Co. about 1810/1811 from Luzerne Co., PA [possibly from the area that later became Wyoming Co., PA] I know ...
