[p115] John napper testifyeth apon oath unto the bove sd deposition: & further saith that In the Evening I went a Gayne with Joseph sacut daniell blomfeld Good man Kitcham: & then the fenc was mened with Green bowes but the Rayles was as thay was a fore & Joseph sacut pushed the uper Rale and prest it Downe apon the other Rale with one hand: soe when the Rayle was squesed down the sd deponent Mesured the fence and found it not sufit.... when the Rayle was prest downe & further saith not danell blomfeld sworne saith that Concerning the fore mention depositions saith that he doth not Judg the fence to be suffitient nither for hith nor strength whare wee sopose the Cattell went in & our the uper rale very weeke & the Courne being sowed very nigh & further sait. not -------------------
