Jill, Just a thought. Luzerne County, PA is in the Wyoming Valley of PA Could some of the details have been dropped with subsequent writings of the family history? It has happened to me LOTS. This area was Westmoreland County , Ct prior to and during the American Revolution. Do not confuse this with the Westmoreland Co. PA that now exists. Do not confuse Wyoming Co. NY with this area either. I'm not sure when the dispute between PA and CT was settled but it was after the revolution. If CT you will need to look at the Susquehannah Company Papers and if PA the archives at Harrisburg, PA. or The CT State Archives at Hartford for records of this area. If this has already been discussed or you already know this stuff. I apologize Patty B ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jill Jessen Hernandez" <kpitblu@cox.net> To: <SACKETT-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Tuesday, October 07, 2003 9:46 AM Subject: [SACKETT-L] WHICH SACKET(T) was in Wyoming Co NY in 1800-1810? > > > This is Definitely MY HOWE and WALLER line ...
