Recently I responded to a query by Darcy Moore looking for the ancestry of her grandfather, Arthur Monroe Sackett. Darcy's family have a family Bible which gives information on the family back to a Justus Sackett b. 1777, m. Fanny Faxon, but some of the family connections are not clearly indicated in the family Bible. With the images of the Bible pages, plus information from Darcy, information from Mary Lou Sackett, and some census information; we have come up with some descendants for 600-Justus/Justice Sackett. Frances Sackett "Fanny" (Morrison, Justice) was born in 1845 in MI. Frances married Daniel S. Van Blarcum on 18 Mar 1873 in Calhoun Co., MI. They had the following children: 17 F i. Eva L. Van Blarcum was born in 1874 in MI. 14. Arthur Monroe Sackett (Justus, Justice) was born on 3 Nov 1871 in Fredonia, Calhoun Co., MI. He died in TX. Arthur married Bertha Desdomona Parsons on 20 Dec 1893. The marriage ended in divorce. They had the following children: 18 F i. Mildred Sackett . + 19 M ii. Evart John Sackett was born on 7 Feb 1896.
