    3. Only by way of Laura Sacket b. 1816 who married Martin L. Chase and then moved to MN 1857sh - dying in 1896 in Blue Earth City. I have not focused on the Sacket lines in MN - trying to sort out the Chase's - but when I found the Fleck name I was quite moved. My grandmother in the 40s and 50s would talk about the Flecks in Ramy MN. I also found Fleck in Olmsted Co where most lived when first coming to MN. I do not recall hearing the Sacket name while growing up. First found it in my great-grandfather's Civil War pension file where he named his father and mother.
