Sorry I jumped the gun on some names sent yesterday and blamed Weygant for the error. On Thalia, the wife of Benjamin Sackett (#1508), her correct name was Moulthrop as Weygant has it. That family was numerous in CT. From now on I will make it as differences in names and place no blame. Does anyone know who a Robert N. Sackett was? He married Lydia Fowler, 16 Oct.1853, according to Kent vital records. They were married by Rev. William H. Kirk. Another mystery is #651, Phene Sackett, b 1764. In the Kent vital records, I find Irene Sackett, daughter of Jonathan and Hannah, born 12 May 1764, died 19 Oct.1768. In the book, Phene married a Jonathan Nichols. Any thoughts on this one? Yet another is William Sackett, #645. His wife's name is given as Bowen or Bowman in the book. Kent vital records has her name as Beeman. Whoever did the copying for the Barbour collection could have misread many of the names, especially with files so old and varied handwriting. All for now, Blanche McKay
