On April 18, 2004, I received some e-mail from a distant cousin (Chuck Pegg). He wrote: I went to see my grandfather Nancy's grandson today. Nancy has this box with that she kept with the obits and writings in it. I took a couple pictures of these documents. I hope this helps clear up the names. I am sending one picture with this email and will send another picture with a second email, hotmail has lsize limits. Please let me know if this information helps. A few days ago I sent copies of the images that Chuck Pegg gave me to Chris Sackett. He noticed that Nancy had consistently written Jacob Harner Jiames, not Jacob Horner James as I had stated in my original post. [I'd always been told his middle name was Horner and simply failed to notice the difference.] I've asked one of my great-aunts to see whether she can verify which is correct. Here's the corrected post. Also, if anyone wants copies of the images, just ask. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Ted Smith" Sent: Wednesday, May 12, 2004 5:16 PM Subject: [SACKETT-L] Sarah Sackett James (1840-1917) > On April 18, 2004, I received some e-mail from a distant cousin (Chuck > Pegg).
