Thank you!! This indicates that he was born about 1768. I have one Jesse Sackett born about 1768/1769. I believe this might be #653-Jesse Sackett, son of 202-Jonathan and Hannah Phelps Sackett. According to the estate papers and the 7 Apr 1777 guardianship papers for Jesse he was about 8 years old at that time. His guardian was his uncle, 204-Reuben Sackett. Dr. Samuel Sackett of Fayette Co., PA was a cousin of 653-Jesse Sackett and we know that Dr. Samuel's son, Reuben T. Sackett was in LA about 1801 and died there in 1823.
