Charles, From what I could tell unless someone can identify him we might not know. The lady who has the photo is not related and probably doesn't know but maybe once we have it we can figure it out. Maybe if we get lucky we can find out where she got it from to help narrow it down. Plus once we see the photo we will have time reference.
