Okay, so now I am going a different direction trying to see what happened to first son Wentworth. He is listed in 1850 with his parents. I can't find him in 1860, but here's his marriage record. Title: Marriage Records 1852 - 1878 [Books H thru K] Record Location: Decatur County, Indiana Compiled by Ruth M. Slevin Part I - Grooms Part II - Brides Spouse 1: Wentworth Sacket Spouse 2: Henrietta Stone Marriage Date: 02 Aug 1870 County: Decatur Book: J Original Source Page: 434 So it makes sense that this family is still in Decatur County in 1870. I went through the indexes for 1870 for anyone named Charlotte born in New York and anyone named Sacket(t) in Indiana. No luck. So now I am looking through 127 pages of Decatur County. I'll let you know when I turn something up.
