My father was born there in May 1934. Unfortunately I do not know to much but I do know that my grand-mother and some other members of her family are buried in one of the cemeteries there and was able to locate that via "Find a Grave" website. I have been searching for my grand-father's and uncle's burial information for a few years now with no luck. My grandfather was LaRoy Benjamin Sackett and my uncle was Gary LaRoy Sackett. Gary was killed in a motorcycle accident when he was 16 someplace outside White Lake, SD and my grandfather was killed in a auto accident on August 6, 1966, two months after I was born so i never knew either one of them. Right now all I know is that my dad was born in Rushville and they later ended up in White Lake, SD, where my grandfather came from. Any information you can locate or direct me to would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
