Sacketts Harbor is in northern New York, about 400 miles northeast of Cleveland. I suspect that locations in the midsection (Missouri through Ohio) might be prime candidates, if we can find a willing member to explore possibilities there. I would not rule out locations that are a bit further west, such as Denver. One also needs to keep in mind that some people might fly in, so it probably should not bee too far from a major airport. I have contemplated creating a US map showing where TSFA members reside. Such a tool would help to identify potential locations. We've never routinely asked for people's locations, and most don't volunteer the information.
