Ted, Thank you for an update of the information found on Joyce Tice's Tri-County website. It has been a while since my last visit to her excellent website and I see that new information has been added. Thus far, I have started developing only one Sackett family from the information found there, viz. William Spencer Sackett and his wife Lucy Stephenson. I have been unable to determine who the parents of William S. Sackett are. Since the LDS has set up their "Search Labs FamilySearch Record Search" at: http://search.labs.familysearch.org/recordsearch/start.html#p=0 I have been using that site to search the 1950-1900 census images [and other resources there] to make connections for some Sacketts and Sackett descendants. However, I had not revisited the problem of trying to make connections for some of the Sacketts found in the Tri-County area covered by Joyce Tice's website. If anyone on the mailing list is willing to use resources available to them to work on these PA families and their connections across the state line into New York ... Your help will be greatly appreciated.
