I gave some incorrect information when I posted about Enos Campbell. I stated that I thought he had served in the legislature. I was wrong about that. The person I was thinking about who served in the Kansas Legislature was Barzilla Campbell who was married to Roseanna Sackett. Campbell, living east of town died yesterday morning at eleven o'clock, aged eighty three years. Funeral services will be held from the house tomorrow at two o'clock and the burial will be at Highland cemetery. Mr. Campbell suffered a stroke of paralysis a week ago today from which he never recovered. He leaves four children, one son and three daughters, all of whom are married. Campbell is postponed until Wednesday, February 24, It will leave his residence one-half mile east of the city on Logan street, North Ottawa at 1 o'clock p.m. and proceed to the North Ottawa M. City News Briefs Mrs. Rosanna Campbell, the wife of Barzellia Campbell, died at her home on East Logan street, beyond the city limits, this morning. Mrs. Campbell was seventy two years old and had been sick for a long time. Her husband and several grown children survive her. Only one child, a daughter, Ella, is now living at home.
