Early Settlers does not mention any children born to Lewis and his first wife, Leah. 1830 Census Hanover, Butler Co. OH shows a Lewis Campbell with no sons and 3 daughters who are 5 and under, one daughter 5-10. The only male is 30 and under 40. The wife is also 30 and under 40. The census of 1880 (Macon Co., MO) states Margaret was born in OH. Samuel and Margaret also had a son Enos.
